You’ll maintain our high-quality standards while delivering personalized experiences that exceed expectations. What will you do? - Deliver memorable guest experiences by anticipating needs and going above and beyond. - Take orders and serve them to rooms with professionalism, accuracy, and care. - Handle payments efficiently and securely. - Follow instructions from your supervisor and take initiative when appropriate. - Maintain full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. - Communicate guest feedback to management to continuously improve service. What are we looking for? - Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury sector. - Passion for quality and outstanding customer service. Fluent in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus. - Knowledge of F&B service, food handling, hygiene, and food safety.
