What you'll be doing at Webhelp As an Italian-Speaking B2B Sales Representative, you will: * Execute daily outbound phone calls/emails, contact decision-makers, build quick reports, assess needs and close the sale * Explain products/solutions and value propositions to businesses of different verticals and sizes and explain how they address client needs * Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to source, contact, and engage prospective customers interested in evaluating client's products. * Develop and lead outbound campaigns from idea generation through to initial pitch, pipeline qualification to deal closure * facilitate sales transactions by advising customers on suitable products that best meet their needs and encourage purchases. * Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the product to provide suitable recommendations to customers as needed * Addressing customer concerns and inquiries as well as resolving customer complaints We'll be a great match if you: * Have a high level of Italian and fluency in English * Have at least 1 year of experience in the sales industry (mandatory) * Have at least 6 months of experience in cold calling for sales * Have knowledge of CRM system * Are outgoing and confident in inbound/outbound phone sales with a great phone manner It would be a plus if you: * Have good interpersonal and communication skills, including strong collaboration, influencing, and facilitation skills * Are skilled in compiling and analyzing large amounts of data from multiple sources with strong attention to detail * Are self-driven, adaptable, and a reliable team player with the ability to work independently and demonstrate flexibility and resiliency.
