Descrição da Função

As a Sales Dashboard Trainee, you will design, create, and maintain data visualization dashboards that support the monitoring and evaluation of sales account teams. You will report to the Sales Operation Competence Center Manager and collaborate with other stakeholders in charge of data-driven decision-making. In your new role, you will: - Design and develop Sales dashboards using data visualization tools such as Tableau Desktop; - Create visually appealing user-friendly dashboards that effectively communicate key performance indicators metrics and insights related to the monitoring and evaluation; - Support data identification, retrieval, processing, cleansing, modeling, and publication for dashboards; - Customize dashboards to meet the specific needs of different programs and projects within the sales account teams; - Maintain and regularly update the published dashboards; - Help with continuous improvement and optimization of the dashboards by enhancing performance and user experience; - Provide training and support to end-users to ensure easy navigation and effective utilization of the dashboards. Your profile You have good communication skills and a structured and systematic working style. Besides, you are tech-savvy, demonstrate high-quality standards for your work, and are eager to develop your skills. You are best equipped for this role if you: - Have a degree in Economics, Business Administration, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a similar field; - Possess some basic understanding of Tableau Desktop, and/or programming Python; - Have a good command of Microsoft Excel; - Are an autodidact person and a digital know-native; - Enjoy working in a team; - Have fluency in English.
