GreatLab is a venture backed tech startup providing lab management software to Dental Labs. We are obsessed with bringing a 10x better product to the market and moving fast. We are a fast-paced team constantly evolving and embracing change to become the best in the game. As an SDR, you will work directly with the founder to help book qualified meetings and hopefully grow into an ADR position in the future. What you'll do: Target our leads in the UK & USA along with finding more using tools like SalesNavigator, Apollo & Close. Reach out to potential clients with Emails, LinkedIn, voice notes, videos, or cold calling - use whatever is needed to get their attention Your goal is to book 20 qualified lead calls for the founder per month. Learn how to sell the product better and better while being present with the founder. You will work in the same office in our new coworking space in Setubal. Experience as an SDR role, ideally in software sales across the US-EU markets Excellent English is essential. If you don't have the SDR experience... and are a hungry graduate you can attempt to apply if: You loved the movie Wolf of Wall Street & Boiler Room. You love to negotiate. You love to sell people an idea. You are extremely fast at using a computer and want to join a startup as an early team member. If you can't handle sending a video talking to the camera and read the details of this form you are not able for this role. Salary: €18k-€32k+ Skills you should be great at: Fluent English - you will be the face of the company and the first person to contact potential clients. You should be able to communicate with clients freely (and for sure with no grammar/spelling/typing mistakes). Proven 2+ years of experience in demand generation and B2B sales development, in English. We'll be considering candidates who have already done cold outreach on LinkedIn and proven to meet the KPIs of scheduling meetings/demos. If you have experience in the US market particularly, that will be an advantage. Persistence - you do not hesitate to write lots of follow-ups or call potential clients when they are not answering, and you will continue reaching out to them until you get a clear yes/no response. Orientation on results - you will have to make sure to have the needed amount of scheduled calls with potential clients per week, and the completion of the monthly & quarterly goals together with the rest of the sales team. Self-reliance - you are a person who can work under no supervision, always make sure to complete your tasks, and meet deadlines. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - you are keen on presenting complex information in a simple and concise manner and delivering the value proposition of a complex product in a catchy and engaging way.
