Descrição da Função

What you will be doing: - Serve as the primary point of contact for investors throughout the investment lifecycle. - Advise our clients in terms of which investment (real estate or investment fund) best suits their goals and profile. - Build and maintain strong relationships with, providing ongoing support and communication - Stay abreast of market conditions and regulatory changes. - Market analysis and research; - Organization and management of customers database, keeping updated information regarding the development of the activity. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals align with organizational capabilities. - Excellent communication skills, recognize the importance of report and share with the team. What we are looking for in you: - Graduation in Financial, Investment Consultant, Management and business or similar areas; - Fluency in English. Good knowledge of other languages besides Portuguese will be appreciated. Speaking Portuguese is not mandatory; - Excellent negotiation, and interpersonal skills; - Effective communication and presentation abilities; - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; - Good computer skills from the user's perspective; - Availability to work on weekends, whenever necessary; - Driver's license; - Have exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy and the ability to establish solid relationships with those around you; - Values such as ownership, responsibility, resilience, dedication, commitment are essential for us; - Client-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service; - Results-oriented and able to achieve sales targets; - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; - Adaptability and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
