Descrição da Função

ROLE: - Generate leads and build a lasting relationship with our customers. - Commercial portfolio management, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. - Acquisition of new business clients by actively seeking opportunities to expand the customer base. - Identify market trends and customer needs to recommend product enhancements or new offerings. - Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Prepare and present regular sales reports to management. QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor’s degree in management / marketing / international business or similar (preferred). - Fluency in English. - Excellent verbal and written skills, persuasive and engaging. - Resilience, patience, active listening, and good observation. - Proven experience in a similar sales role, preferably in the sports nutrition industry. - Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. - Strong sales and negotiation abilities. - Proactive and problem-solving mindset. - Self-motivated and results oriented. - Excellent organizational skills. - Outstanding communication and negotiation. - Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office tools.
