Job Vacancy: Sales Support Representative - Iris Photography shop Company Description: Join our innovative company that specializes in photographs of the human iris and printing on various materials. Located in the historical center of Lisbon, our gallery/shop offers a unique and creative environment for both employees and customers. Role Description: We are seeking a full-time, on-site Sales Support and Photographer to engage with visitors, drive sales, and provide exceptional customer service. 1. Engage with Visitors: As a Sales Support team member, your primary task will be to interact with visitors to the gallery/shop. This involves generating interest in our products, encouraging them to make a purchase, and promoting the unique iris photography service we offer. You will be responsible for describing the products, outlining size and material options for printing, and providing information on our pricing policy. 2. Capture Images of Clients' Eyes: In your role as a photographer, you will be capturing high-quality images of clients' eyes using our specialized equipment. This task requires precision and attention to detail to ensure accurate capture of the iris. 3. Process and Print Eye Photos: After capturing the images of clients' eyes, you will be responsible for editing the photos as necessary using Photoshop, printing them on our designated printer with the customer's chosen material, and ensuring a memorable experience for every customer. 4. Propose Business Process Improvements: As a proactive team member, you will be encouraged to suggest improvements to streamline business processes and enhance efficiency. This could involve recommending methods to expedite order processing, streamline customer interactions, or optimize inventory management. Your insights will be instrumental in helping us operate more effectively and provide an enhanced experience for our customers. 5. Collaborate with Team Members: Throughout your role as a sales support and photographer, you will collaborate closely with other team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service. This includes effective communication with colleagues, sharing insights and best practices, and working together towards common goals. Your ability to thrive in a team environment will be crucial to the success of our business.

Perfil

• Qualifications: - Previous experience in sales, sales support, or customer service - Proficiency in photography or working with camera equipment - Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Photoshop - Fluency in Portuguese and English (additional languages are a plus) - Goal-oriented with a desire to achieve company objectives and sales targets - Ability to take initiative, demonstrate creativity, and work well in a team environment
