Description: Responsibilities - Solution Design o Define end-to-end architecture for Salesforce implementations, including integrations and data flows. o Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives. - Technical Leadership o Guide development teams on best practices for Apex, Lightning, and integration patterns. o Review code and configurations for compliance with architectural standards. - Integration Strategy o Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce and external systems (ERP, marketing platforms, payment gateways). o Ensure data consistency and security across systems. - Performance & Security o Optimize system performance and enforce security best practices. o Implement governance for data access and compliance. - Stakeholder Collaboration o Work closely with business analysts, developers, and project managers to align technical solutions with business needs. - Innovation & Roadmap o Stay updated on Salesforce releases and recommend new features. o Contribute to the enterprise architecture roadmap. Years of experience - 5+ years of proven experience as a Salesforce Architect. Functional Skills - Solution Architecture & Design o Define scalable and secure Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements. o Design data models, sharing models, and integration architecture. - Business Process Analysis o Understand complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions. o Optimize workflows and automation for efficiency. - Integration Strategy o Plan and oversee integrations with ERP, CRM, and third-party systems. o Ensure data consistency and compliance across platforms. - Governance & Best Practices o Establish coding standards, security guidelines, and architectural principles. o Implement governance for change management and release processes. - Performance Optimization o Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks. o Ensure solutions comply with Salesforce governor limits. - Security & Compliance o Design robust security models (role hierarchy, sharing rules). o Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR, etc.). - Stakeholder Management o Collaborate with business leaders, developers, and project managers. o Communicate technical concepts in business-friendly language. - Innovation & Roadmap Planning o Stay updated on Salesforce releases and emerging technologies. o Recommend enhancements and future-proof solutions. - Documentation & Standards o Create architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and solution documentation. o Maintain knowledge repositories for reference. - Mentoring & Leadership o Guide development teams on best practices. o Support solution architects and admins in complex implementations. Technical Skills - Deep expertise in Salesforce platform architecture (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud). - Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL. - Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk). - Familiarity with integration tools (MuleSoft, Talend, ...). - Understanding data modeling, security model, and governor limits. - Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Salesforce DX). - Experience with enterprise systems integration (ERP, CRM, middleware). - Experience and expertise in Agentforce, DataCloud would be helpful. Soft Skills - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Analytical thinking and problem-solving. - Ability to lead and mentor technical teams. - Adaptability and strategic vision. Desired Certifications - Salesforce Certified Application Architect (mandatory) - Salesforce Certified System Architect - Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (preferred) - Integration Architecture Designer - Data Architecture & Management Designer Language: English (Mush have) and Portuguese (Nice to have).
