We are currently strengthening the team of one of our clients with the following profile: Salesforce Commerce Cloud Business Consultant (m/f) - Hybrid (Porto) What we are looking for: Hard skills: • 5 years of experience • Proven experience as a Business Consultant or Analyst in Salesforce Commerce Cloud projects. • Strong understanding of e-commerce business processes and digital retail strategies. • Familiarity with SFCC architecture, Business Manager, and Storefront Reference • Architecture (SFRA). • Experience with integrations (ERP, CRM, OMS, payment gateways, etc.). • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work in agile environments and manage multiple priorities. • Salesforce certifications (e.g., B2C Commerce Developer, B2C Solution Architect). • Experience with multi-site, multi-language, and multi-currency implementations. • Knowledge of UX/UI principles and conversion optimization techniques. • Understanding of SEO, analytics, and personalization tools. • Fluency in Portuguese and English.
