Descrição da Função

Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile: Main Tasks and Responsibilities: * Join a Scrum Team responsible for the development of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions; * Develop new features and maintain existing Apex code, Lightning components, and Service Cloud configurations; * Develop and maintain Automated Test Cases; * Provide input and recommendations to the Salesforce architecture and development best practices; * Participate in requirements analysis, user story breakdown and estimates * Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate Service Cloud requirements into technical solutions. Requirements: * Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar; * Minimum of 4 years of experience in Salesforce development using Apex, SOQL, and SOSL; * Hands-on experience with Service Cloud features (Cases, Knowledge, Entitlements, Omni-Channel); * Proficiency in Salesforce configuration (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Custom Objects) and deployment tools (Change Sets, SFDX, or similar); * Understanding of Salesforce security model and best practices * Salesforce Platform Developer I certification will be highly valued; * Ability to multi-task and work on multiple implementations with quickly changing priorities; * Good understanding of software development lifecycles based on AGILE methodologies * Strong analytical skills; * Sense of ownership, urgency and pride in delivering exceptional solutions; If you meet these conditions and would like to join an innovative organization that continuously invests in training its talents, send us your application.
