What will you do? - Develop and implement robust Salesforce solutions, ensuring high-quality software delivery and system evolution. - Engage actively in collaborative development practices, including pair programming, within a non-hierarchical team environment. - Take ownership of tasks and show initiative in project execution, contributing to a dynamic and evolving tech hub. - Continuously expand your technical expertise beyond current technology stacks, fostering professional growth and adaptability. What are we looking for? At Aubay, our focus is on professionals who bring both technical expertise and the right mindset: - A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Salesforce development, with proven ability in full lifecycle implementations, ideally within Service Cloud. - Strong proficiency in Apex development, including classes, triggers, SOQL/SOSL, and experience building Lightning Components (LWC and/or Aura). - Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP integrations, alongside strong Salesforce configuration skills, including Flows, Validation Rules, and automation. - Demonstrated capability in creating technical documentation (UML diagrams, sequence diagrams) and experience with unit testing, defect analysis, and bug fixing. - Mandatory Salesforce Platform Developer I certification and professional working proficiency in English (B2 level). - Alignment with our corporate culture and a commitment to integrity and ethics are highly valued; - Strong customer focus, teamwork, task prioritisation, and daily commitment are highly appreciated.
