Descrição da Função

Match Profiler is an Information Systems consultant who has been working in the national and international market since 1999. We have multidisciplinary skills and IT know-how that allow us to contribute, optimize and progress with our clients. We are currently recruiting, for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile: SAP APO (m/f) – Hybrid (Lisbon) What do you need to have: Hard Skills: • Demand Management and Forecasting: Supply/Demand analysis and assessment (MRP/MPS/VMI, etc.) • Incident Management and Requests: Support and resolution of incidents (mainly corrective maintenance) of level 2 & 3 of a critical and/or complex nature • Execution of complex or non-industrialized Request Services • Writing procedures (incidents and Services Request) for execution by level 2 teams • Conducting transfer sessions for level 2 teams • Contributing to backlog reduction and service enhancement; Monitoring and resolution of problems • Analyzing needs, designing solutions, quoting, and implementing developments according to agreed priorities and following the ‘change management’ process • Utilizing SAP/APO for Demand Planning (DP) and Global Available To Promise (GATP); Potential to learn other solutions like OMP planning and VMI software • English language proficiency is mandatory.
