You must have: - Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other related discipline; - Knowledge of IT related concepts needed to troubleshoot administrative issues; - Experience with Windows and Unix operating systems; - Expert knowledge of Sap Cloud Platform, API Management, Hana DB administration, Hana DB Security, Smart Data Integration, Cloud Connector; - Intermediate understanding of SAP ERP, HCM, JAVA, ABAP, BW, HANA, Adobe Document Services, GRC; - Intermediate knowledge of Oracle, MSSQL and HANA database systems; - Knowledge of SAP Basis concepts; - Knowledge of BW4Hana, Hana 2.0, integration of Hana Enterprise Cloud into on-premise environment; - Knowledge of SAP Support model and how to engage SAP enterprise support; - Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud administrative functions; - Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform Integration.
