Descrição da Função

Profile: - At least 5 years of experience in SAP eCommerce or related roles; - Proven expertise in SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris); - Solid understanding of SAP ERP and its integration with eCommerce platforms; - Experience with REST and SOAP web services for systems integration; - Familiarity with HTML and JavaScript Object Notation; - Knowledge of both B2B and B2C commerce models; - Ability to work closely with stakeholders, developers, UX teams and business analysts; - Committed to staying up to date with SAP trends and product updates; - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; - Fluent in English. Responsibilities: - Analyse business needs and translate them into SAP eCommerce technical specifications; - Configure, customise and provide ongoing support for SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris); - Integrate SAP ERP with third-party systems and external services; - Optimise solution performance, usability and scalability; - Collaborate with UX designers, developers and functional analysts to deliver seamless digital experiences; - Provide training and post-go-live support to internal users; - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system stability and continuity; - Follow service procedures and use appropriate tools for issue tracking and resolution; - Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and contribute to the internal knowledge base; - Continuously propose and implement improvements aligned with business goals and technical best practices.
