Descrição da Função

Profile: - Strong experience in SAP Commerce Cloud/Hybris; - Expertise in functional testing and incident management; - Familiarity with web technologies and SAP integration; - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; - Experience with testing and support tools; - Fluency in English. Responsibilities: - Perform end-to-end testing of SAP eCommerce functionalities, particularly BTP-driven enhancements; - Validate integration between SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP BTP and SAP back-end systems; - Provide support for issues related to custom APIs, extensions and BTP applications; - Collaborate with development and functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage; - Document test scenarios, test cases and results; - Support User Acceptance Testing and production cutovers; - Monitor and troubleshoot eCommerce-related incidents; - Ensure all BTP deployments (APIs, UI5 apps, etc.) are fully tested before go-live; - Continuously improve testing and support practices.
