Descrição da Função

Responsibilities - Implement SAP -TM in completely new sites. - Transition sites from non-SAP systems to SAP ERP / SAP-TM. - Transition sites from SAP LE-TRA to SAP TM. - Establish the SAP-TM Template. - Roll-Out the SAP -TM Template. - Continuously improve SAP -TM for sites already using it. - Connect other components to SAP -TM (including SAP eWM, SAP Package Builder, and integration with SAP-ECC). Years of experience - 5+ years of proven experience as an SAP TM Developer. Functional Skills - Conceptual design of complex global IT solutions. - Business consulting in process design and IT systems configuration. - Creation of concepts. - Implementation of complex global IT solutions. - Coordination of collaboration with external suppliers. - Participation in projects as a team member and/or workstream lead, including documentation and presentation of results. - Analysis and resolution of incidents. Technical Skills - Consulting & Technical expertise in SAP TM, including all relevant interfaces to SAP ERP (Master Data and Transactional Data). - Experience in SAP TM configuration and customization. - Knowledge of ABAP programming and TM frameworks (Business Process Framework). - Fiori UI awareness. - Documentation tools: Confluence. - Task management tools: JIRA. - Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager. - Experience in project methodologies: Agile and Waterfall. Soft Skills - Analytical thinking: o Ability to understand complex subscription and billing processes and translate them into technical solutions. o Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting integration and configuration issues. - Communication Skills: o Clear and concise communication with business stakeholders, and technical peers. o Ability to explain technical concepts in business-friendly language. - Collaboration & Teamwork: o Working effectively with cross-functional teams and cross regional teams (Europe, NA, SA, India, China, APAC). Coordinating with external vendors. - Adaptability: o Ability to quickly learn new features. o Flexibility to handle changing business priorities and timelines. - Time Management: o Managing multiple tasks and deadlines in complex projects. o Prioritizing critical deliverables under tight schedules. - Customer-Centric Mindset: o Understanding the impact of subscription and billing processes on customer experience. o Designing solutions that improve efficiency and reduce friction for end-users. - Negotiation & Stakeholder Management: o Handling discussions on requirements, timelines, and dependencies. o Aligning technical feasibility with business expectations. Languages - Fluency in English (mandatory) - Portuguese (Nice to have) Desired Certifications - SAP TM Certification Sector: Automotive Tech Location: Porto Work model: Hybrid (2x per week in the office)
