Descrição da Função

Match Profiler is an Information Systems consultant who has been working in the national and international market since 1999. We have multidisciplinary skills and IT know-how that allow us to contribute, optimize and progress with our clients. We are currently recruiting, for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile: Scrum Master (m/f) – Hybrid (Lisbon) What do you need to have: Hard Skills: • Proven experience as a Scrum Master leading Agile transformations and managing projects. Preferably in the financial services industry. • Deep understanding of regulatory requirements, compliance, and risk management specific to financial services. • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure alignment with financial product requirements. • Expertise in facilitating Agile ceremonies (e.g., Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) while addressing the unique complexities of financial services projects, such as security, data privacy, and scalability. • Working in an Agile environment and the using agile methods, such as Scrum, Kanban or SAFe • Proficient use of agile project management software (e.g. JIRA) and documentation (e.g. confluence) • A continuous improvement attitude. Identifying areas to improve and finding the right time and methods to implement. • Experience in using coaching and mentoring approach to enable teams/squad autonomy • Demonstrate outstanding communication and social skills at all levels and have demonstrable ability to influence decisions • A firm grasp on estimation and coaching others on story points, velocity or other forms of metrics and the benefits of collecting data and being data driven. • Technical knowledge or some familiarity with approaches, tooling and languages (Development: .Net, C#, Java, Scala, Python, Outsystems; API integration: REST, SOAP, GraphQL). • Ability to produce comprehensive documentation using BPMN and UML if required. • BCS BA certification or equivalent industry certifications (desired) such as Certified Scrum Master accreditation (plus) • Other IT certifications (plus) Soft skills • Good communication • Team spirit • Proactivity • Time management What we can offer: • Personalized support from your team • Your manager will take into consideration your motivations and suggestions • Victories will be celebrated together • Your HR and Support Teams will always be available to help • Constant feedback on your work • A network of hundreds of partnerships with companies from numerous sectors that offer you exclusive discounts (health, well-being, travel, gastronomy, culture, leisure, training, etc) • And, of course, many gatherings and social events
