Descrição da Função

Profile: - Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a relevant field; - Experience in enterprise or Managed Services environments; - Proven experience in managing critical incidents in 24/7 environments; - At least 5 years of experience in network security; - Solid knowledge of security technologies, including: firewalls, 2FA, anti-DDoS, VPN, load balancers, SD-WAN, SASE/SSE, Cloud Connect, routing e switching, EDR/XDR, email security; - Experience with leading vendors such as: Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Check Point, F5, A10, Imperva, Radware, Allot, Netskope, Huawei; - Proficiency in scripting/programming languages (Python, Go, Bash); - Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible); - Knowledge of containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes); - Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines. Responsibilities: - Implement service requests and changes, ensuring an appropriate response to the needs of users and customers; - Promote a proactive approach to incident and problem management, ensuring continuous improvements in operational stability; - Resolve critical incidents in 24/7 environments; - Work with multidisciplinary teams in multi-client contexts; - Contribute to process automation and operational improvements using scripting and IaC tools; - Participate in the development of network security architectures and related solutions.
