Descrição We are hiring a Senior Account Manager – Retail & Logistics, Utilities & Healthcare for a multinational technological company. • • Responsabilidades • Manage multiple accounts (50/60) ; develop positive working relationships with all customer touch points (Direct Touch) • Drive client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction • Work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts and Pre-sales Team on day-to-day commercial processes including proposals set-up, competitors analysis, solution drawing and P&L evaluation/control. • Work closely with Operator KAMs to identify customer motivations and needs defining a common strategy and negotiating Terms & Conditions • Together with B2B Manager define a strategy to address the Retail & Logistics, Utilities and Healthcare vertical markets. • Leverage CRM and quantitative data to manage renewals, achieve high customer satisfaction levels and co-work with operators • Analyse weekly reporting, including pipeline and new leads • Work closely with Mx Operators team on P&L and investment management • Manage customer activity with CRM tools for maximum efficiency and visibility, with carefully executed follow-up to closure on open issues • Co-work with 3rd party agency defining B2B Public Affairs strategy • Develop a 2 years approach for PRR (Recovery and Resilience Plan) aiming to maximize Samsung solution sales. In this specific topic should be able to Identify relevant partners, creating/developing the existing network of contacts and help to develop relevant and strong messages for each of the areas • • Requisitos • 5+ years experience in Customer Success and/or Account Management • Dynamic personality able to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences at all levels of a business • Confident communication (written and oral) skills and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels of internal and external organizations • A focus on relationships, able to gain trust through communication, expectation setting and completion of planned deliverables • Business acumen, sound decision making, analytical and organizational skills in a fast paced environment; a consultative approach to managing complex client relationships • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, balancing client deliverables on multiple projects as well as internal obligations • Passion about business and dissatisfaction with status quo – always thinking of ways to improve/grow assigned clients • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience • Strong networking in Retail & Logistics, Utilities and Healthcare vertical markets s (should be able to establish high level contacts with companies stakeholders) • Working knowledge and experience with public contracts and contract negotiations • Demonstrated ability to work independently and remain motivated • Working knowledge of computers, SFDC (Sales Force) and Microsoft office suite of services • Dynamic personality able to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences at all levels of a business • Project and program management experience; knowledge of key concepts including phases, plans, deliverables, scope and tasks • • Condições • Integrationin a dynamic team; • Participationin challenging projects; • Hybridwork; • Performance bonus; • Freeparking; • HealthInsurance; • Birthdayoff.
