Descrição da Função

Profile: - Academic background in a technical field such as Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or similar; - Demonstrated experience designing and delivering AI-based solutions in a professional environment; - Strong practical knowledge of large language models and modern AI techniques, including machine learning and deep learning; - Experience working with AI development frameworks and toolchains used in real-world systems; - Confident programming skills, particularly in Python and Java, with experience handling and analysing data programmatically; - Exposure to cloud-based environments and AI services offered by major cloud providers; - Familiarity with large-scale data processing or distributed systems is advantageous; - Ability to approach complex problems analytically and translate abstract business needs into technical implementations; - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; - Detail-oriented, quality-focused, and conscious of reliability and maintainability; - Independent, curious, and motivated to keep up with rapid developments in the AI field; - Fluency in Portuguese and English. Responsibilities: - Work closely with business and technology teams to identify opportunities where AI can create measurable impact; - Develop and experiment with AI-based prototypes to explore and validate new use cases; - Assess prototype solutions for technical feasibility, performance, and business relevance; - Refine and evolve AI concepts based on stakeholder feedback and changing requirements; - Select and advance the most promising AI initiatives towards production readiness; - Improve and optimise AI models to meet quality, performance, and operational standards; - Ensure AI solutions are reliable, well-tested, and suitable for real-world deployment; - Monitor industry trends and emerging AI technologies to continuously improve solution design.
