Descrição da Função

Noesis is looking for a highly skilled Senior Ansible Automation Engineer to join our Core Automation team. This role is key to driving the automation of complex workflows and infrastructure solutions within the organization. The successful candidate will serve as a technical leader, designing enterprise-wide automated systems using Ansible, DevOps tools, and various infrastructure technologies. Main Tasks and Responsibilities: * Create automated workflows using Ansible Automation Platform (AAP). * Integrate Ansible with various applications and develop automated solutions for infrastructure. * Implement and manage infrastructure using Terraform or similar, ensuring efficient and scalable deployments for Infrastructure as Code (IaC). * Integrate Ansible with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments. * Manage Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters, automating container orchestration. * Work with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement automated solutions. * Identify automation opportunities and areas for improvement. Requirements: * Experience in automation, with advanced expertise in Ansible (5 years); * Proven experience in setting up Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) and managing integrations, modules, and execution environments; * High-level proficiency in Linux and RedHat administration; * Strong knowledge of RedHat OpenShift and Satellite (preferred); * Experience with automation solutions for infrastructure, networking, databases, and middleware; * Familiarity with DevOps tools; * Experience with technologies such as Azure DevOps, AKS, containerization, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC); * Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work with analysts to improve process flows; * Excellent problem-solving abilities and leadership in driving technical solutions; * Ability to adapt to different contexts, teams and Clients; * Team Management experience required; * Good communication skills; * Good organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills; * Business English.
