Noesis is looking for a highly skilled Senior Ansible Automation Engineer to be part of the Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE), responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable automation solutions across hybrid and cloud-native environments. The role champions the use of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and policy-as-code approaches to ensure consistency, compliance, and operational efficiency in infrastructure and application deployment processes. Main Tasks and Responsibilities: * Architect, implement, and manage automation frameworks using the Ansible Automation Platform; * Develop reusable playbooks, roles, and collections to enable consistent, repeatable provisioning and configuration across environments; * Integrate Ansible Automation Platform with enterprise IT systems such as ServiceNow, PagerDuty, CMDBs, and CI/CD toolchains; * Collaborate with security, compliance, and audit teams to build and maintain automated controls and continuous compliance pipelines; * Provide operational support and guidance on Ansible architecture, execution environments, and content governance; * Promote automation best practices and mentor teams adopting Ansible in regulated and mission-critical environments; * Contribute to documentation, enablement content, and platform reliability engineering initiatives. Requirements: * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience); * Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in automation and 5 years in the underlying technologies, with a focus on cloud technologies and automation tools; * Senior-level experience designing and operating Ansible Automation Platform in enterprise environments; * Strong proficiency in creating and managing Ansible playbooks, roles, modules, and collections; * Understanding of hybrid cloud and data center automation use cases; * Experience integrating Ansible with CI/CD systems, ITSM platforms, and source control systems; * Ability to troubleshoot complex automation issues and provide architectural recommendations; * Business English Certification (is a plus): * Red Hat Certified Specialist in Ansible Automation * Red Hat Certified Engineer * Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals Desirable Technical Skills: * Experience with enabling continuous compliance and security automation using Ansible; * Knowledge of Red Hat ecosystem tools such as Satellite, Insights, and Smart Management. * Knowledge on automating Windows server environments using Ansible.
