Descrição da Função

Profile: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or a similar field; - At least 5 years of experience in backend development; - Solid experience in Python; - Knowledge of distributed systems; - Experience with PostgreSQL and/or MySQL; - Experience in cloud environments; - Experience in the FinTech sector (valued); - Knowledge of KYC, AML, fraud prevention or compliance (valued); - Experience in developing large-scale data pipelines (nice to have); - Strong analytical skills, a sense of responsibility and a results-oriented approach; - Good communication and teamwork skills; - Fluency in English. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain end-to-end backend systems, ensuring their reliability and scalability; - Design and implement client-oriented REST APIs; - Develop secure and resilient pipelines for data ingestion and processing; - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in defining and evolving the architecture of solutions; - Ensure the quality, security and performance of the applications developed; - Contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices and processes.
