Descrição da Função

Profile: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Backend Development; - Proven experience as a Tech Lead or in a technical leadership role; - Experience leading and mentoring technical teams; - Strong experience with TypeScript; - Hands-on experience with AWS Serverless (AWS Lambda); - Experience with AWS CDK; - Knowledge of DynamoDB; - Experience with TypeSpec; - Strong ability to design scalable system architectures; - Experience evaluating technical trade-offs and proposing architectural improvements; - Ability to challenge assumptions and drive technical decisions; - Comfortable working autonomously in fast-paced and ambiguous environments; - Experience modernizing and evolving existing architectures is a plus; - Excellent communication skills with both technical teams and business stakeholders; - Fluent in Portuguese and English. Responsibilities: - Proven experience developing Backend solutions usingTypeScript; - Strong hands-on experience with AWS Lambda and AWS Serverless architectures; - Experience with AWS CDK; - Knowledge of DynamoDB; - Experience with TypeSpec; - Ability to design system architectures and lead technical decision-making; - Previous experience in a Tech Lead or technical leadership role; - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently; - Availability to work remotely on an international project for a Dutch trading client; - Fluency in Portuguese and English.
