Match Profiler is an Information Systems consultant who has been working in the national and international market since 1999. We have multidisciplinary skills and IT know-how that allow us to contribute, optimize and progress with our clients. We are currently recruiting, for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile: Senior Business Analyst (m/f) – Hybrid (Lisbon) What do you need to have: Hard Skills: • Experience: Min 5 years as Business Analyst • Experience in Technology and Payments Industry: Knowledge of payments (e.g., Acquiring, Cards, Issuing, Credit, Debit, POS, SWIFT, BACS, CHAPS, ISO, SEPA, etc.). • Experience: Minimum of five years in analytics and systems development, ideally within the payment industry and acquiring processes. • Analytical Excellence: Strong analytical abilities with a track record of generating actionable insights from complex data sets. • Process Documentation: Proficient in generating detailed process documentation and reports, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail. • Client-Facing Skills: Comfortable in a client-facing role, with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to convey technical concepts clearly. • Innovation Drive: Passionate about driving innovation and discovering novel solutions in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. • Technical Writing: High proficiency in technical writing, capable of producing clear and concise documentation. • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and planning skills, adept at managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
