Descrição da Função

Profile: - At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in data and governance contexts; - Proven experience in Data Quality (profiling, rules, metrics, root cause analysis, and remediation); - Good knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Power BI; - Experience with Data Governance and Metadata Management tools (Microsoft Purview, Collibra, Informatica, or equivalents); - Strong knowledge of Data Governance frameworks; - Experience in stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and executive communication; - High attention to detail, autonomy, adaptability, and strong team spirit; - Fluency in English (mandatory). Responsibilities: - Translate business needs into Data Quality rules, metrics, and remediation plans, aligned with the Data Quality Index and governance principles; - Perform business analysis activities in data-intensive contexts, including requirements gathering, process mapping, user story definition, and UAT support; - Perform data quality profiling, rule definition, scoring, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning; - Create analyses and dashboards using SQL and Microsoft Power BI; - Work with data governance and metadata management tools (e.g., Microsoft Purview, Collibra, Informatica); - Ensure the correct application of data governance frameworks and good data management practices; - Facilitate workshops with stakeholders, support decision-making processes, and prepare reporting for steering committees; - Collaborate with international and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring alignment and consistency of initiatives.
