DECISION is looking for a Senior Business Requirements Analyst (Waterfall / Agile) with the following requirements: Description: Senior Business Analyst, will be responsible to lead requirements analysis within a major healthcare project Scope and tasks: - Business and Requirements analysis - Operational lead of a small functional analysts team within a major software development project, reporting to the Project Manager - Write down functional requirements - Collaborate in the test cases definition Must have: - At least 6 years professional experience as requirements analyst - Waterfall and Agile methodologies - Ability to clearly understand and discuss business requirements and write it (including as user stories) - Excellent communication and soft skills Nice to have: - Healthcare business experience - UML - BPMN - Functional testing - English (B2 or greater) Top five skills: Functional Analysis, Business Analysis, Agile, Scrum, Communication, Type of project: Maintenance and implementation Urgency: Very urgent Work model: Hybrid (Lisbon)
