We are looking for a Senior Data & Analytics Enabler for a project in Lisbon area to work remotely. Requirements: - Bachelor or Master's Degree in Data Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field; - 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics, or BI roles, with strong exposure to data operations, governance, or enablement; - Proven adoption of a business-driven perspective applied to Data analytics; - Experience with SQL, dimensional data modeling, and ETL/data pipeline development; - Proficiency in BI and visualization tools (Power BI preferred), with understanding of data visualization governance and scalability; - Hands-on experience with data and analytics platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Azure, Databricks, or similar); - Experience contributing to or leading the implementation of metrics frameworks (e.g., V2MOM, OKRs, KPI-based models); - Solid understanding of DataOps and AnalyticsOps principles, and how to apply them to real-world analytics delivery; - Demonstrated ability to define, implement, and enforce analytics governance standards across multidisciplinary teams; - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate business and operational needs into sustainable technical solutions; - A resilient, persistent, and motivated attitude - able to lead by example and influence through credibility and consistency; - Experience managing by influence across data teams, fostering alignment and shared accountability; - Good in English, written and spoken; Plus: - Experience implementing DataOps, AnalyticsOps and MLOps practices in real environments; - Knowledge of data governance frameworks, cataloging, or metadata management; - Proven contribution to Self-Service Analytics or Data Enablement initiatives; - Familiarity with metrics frameworks (e.g., OKRs, KPI models, V2MOM); - Hands-on experience with Python or scripting for automation and data quality monitoring.
