Descrição da Função

Profile: - At least 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, with a focus on Data Quality; - Strong knowledge of data quality management (rules, metrics, KPIs, remediation); - Proven experience in data profiling, data analysis, and root cause analysis; - Good knowledge of SQL; - Solid experience with Microsoft Power BI (dashboards and reporting); - Knowledge of Data Governance frameworks, metadata management, and compliance; - Experience with tools such as Microsoft Purview, Collibra, or Informatica; - High attention to detail, autonomy, and ability to work in a team, including international contexts and different time zones; - Fluency in English. Responsibilities: - Implement and operate Data Quality frameworks, in line with the Data Governance program; - Define and apply rules, standards, KPIs, and data quality remediation plans; - Perform data profiling and advanced analysis, identifying anomalies, duplicates, inconsistencies, and root causes; - Monitor data compliance with regulatory and governance requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA); - Develop dashboards, scorecards, and executive reports in Microsoft Power BI, with quality metrics and insights ready for SteerCo; - Perform analyses using SQL; - Work with Data Governance and Metadata Management tools (Microsoft Purview, Collibra, Informatica); - Collaborate with Data Owners, Data Stewards, and Data Architects, supporting remediation campaigns and continuous improvement; - Contribute to the definition and evolution of good practices in data quality and governance.
