You must have: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; - Proven experience as an SQL Database Administrator or similar role; - Hands-on experience with database backup and recovery techniques; - Familiarity with database security principles and best practices; - Deploy and maintain database standards; - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; - Experience with other database systems (e.g., MySQL, Oracle) is a plus; - Additional DB2 or Oracle Database support experience would be preferred but not required.
