We are currently recruiting a Senior Finance Collections professional for one of our multinational clients, to join a high-performing international team based in Porto. If youre fluent in English and have experience managing complex invoicing and collections cycles, this opportunity could be for you. Key Responsibilities - Managing end-to-end credit and collections processes, ensuring timely payment and minimizing risk; - Issuing and correcting invoices in accordance with internal policies and client requirements; - Handling cash application, payment discrepancies, and invoice disputes with precision; - Maintaining regular and professional communication with both internal stakeholders and external clients to resolve financial issues and ensure a smooth collections flow; - Overseeing day-to-day billing operations, ensuring compliance with established SLAs and KPIs; - Supporting the monthly and quarterly closing processes, contributing to accurate and timely reporting; - Preparing, validating, and analyzing financial reports related to billing, cash flow, and collections performance; - Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Accounting) to identify root causes of discrepancies and implement process improvements.   Profile - Fluency in English (spoken and written mandatory); - 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar role (collections, invoicing, accounts receivable or finance operations); - Strong command of Excel and ease working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.); - Analytical thinking and strong attention to detail; - Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset; - Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude; - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment; - High sense of responsibility, integrity, and teamwork.     Offer - Hybrid working model that promotes work-life balance; - Extensive benefits package; - Structured onboarding and continuous training; - Career progression within a dynamic and growing organization; - A collaborative environment where your ideas are welcomed.
