Role Description: We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Java Engineer with solid experience in enterprise environments and proven exposure to software architecture and design decisions. The selected candidate will play a key role in the development of new features, contribute to technical direction, and collaborate closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain new features within the platform, focusing on the Corporate Tax domain. - Collaborate with senior and mid-level developers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions. - Actively contribute to architectural discussions, including system design, component structure, and technical standards. - Apply best practices in full-stack development, ensuring code quality, performance, and security. - Ensure proactive communication and alignment with product owners, architects, and other stakeholders. - Support technical decision-making across the software development lifecycle. - Participate in code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing within the team. Technical & Behavioral Requirements: - 5+ years of professional experience in software development. - Strong Full Stack Java development experience (Java 11 or higher). - Experience with front-end technologies such as ExtJS, JavaScript, and/or TypeScript. - Proven exposure to software architecture, including system design, modularization, and integration patterns (not a pure architect role). - Good understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines is a plus. - Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
