Descrição da Função

Profile: - Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent relevant technical field (Licenciatura); - 5 to 8 years of proven experience as a Fullstack Developer; - Back-end expertise in Java, Spring Boot Framework, REST API design and implementation, SQL and relational databases (MS SQL Server or equivalent RDBMS), and Hibernate / JPA; - Front-end development expertise with React and Next.js; - Proficiency with version control (GIT), package managers (Maven), technical documentation (Confluence, IcePanel), and writing unit and integration tests (TDD / BDD); - Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD and GitHub workflows and actions; - Knowledge of application architecture (Microservices, Hexagonal Architecture, Event-driven Architecture) and AWS or other cloud platforms; - Languages: Fluency in Portuguese and English. Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain high-quality fullstack solutions using Java/Spring Boot and React/Next.js; - Act as a technical reference, contributing to architecture decisions, code reviews, and technical design processes; - Ensure code quality, optimization, troubleshooting, and bug fixing through best practices and testing methodologies (TDD / BDD); - Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated GitHub workflows to support continuous delivery; - Produce clear technical documentation (Confluence, IcePanel); - Collaborate effectively in a flat, self-managed team environment through practices like pair programming.
