Descrição da Função

Profile: - Proven experience within the telecommunications sector; Strong background in strategy formulation and implementation; - Demonstrated managerial and leadership capabilities; - High level of executive presence, confidence, and professionalism; - Experience working closely with senior stakeholders and executive leadership; - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; - Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously; - Proactive, structured, and results-oriented mindset; - Availability to work onsite in Lagos, Nigeria. Responsibilities: - Support the COO across multiple strategic workstreams; - Act as the primary day-to-day interface and trusted advisor to the COO; - Drive strategy implementation initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives; - Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders throughout the implementation phase; - Monitor progress, identify risks, and support decision-making processes; - Ensure effective execution of strategic priorities and operational initiatives; - Collaborate with additional consulting and local practice teams supporting the engagement.
