Descrição da Função

ROLE: Prioritize and delegate development requests, effectively managing resources to meet project goals Drive a results-focused culture by leading and motivating the technology team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products Collaborate with the executive team to align technology initiatives with the company's overall objectives and business strategy Maintain a high level of quality standards, ensuring deliverables meet expectations Oversee testing processes, identify and lead bug fixing efforts QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in Computer Science/Engineering/IT Management or related field (preferred) Fluency in English Knowledge in PHP (preferred) Experience in project management or in a leadership role in a technology-driven team Minimum of 2 years experience in a technical role (programming or QA) Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Results-oriented mindset with strong business acumen Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment OFFER: Opportunity to make a significant impact and drive growth in a startup growing exponentially Competitive salary based on demonstrated experience Possibility of career advancement Employee discounts, health insurance, gym membership and other benefits
