The Universal Kraft group has been actively developing renewable energy solutions for over 20 years. Our projects span from small hydro, wind, and solar to waste-to-energy, water treatment, and energy storage solutions, including green Hydrogen and green Ammonia. With offices in Canada, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom, we are continuously expanding, along with our team. Currently, we are recruiting for a Senior Project Manager. As the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of renewable energy projects from start to finish. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards. You will play a crucial role in managing project resources, identifying and mitigating risks, and making key strategic decisions to ensure project success. Your strong leadership, excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders will be essential in driving the project forward and achieving our renewable energy goals. Functions well within a team environment. Organization and planning skills. Highly motivated. Reliable. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field. Experience as a Project Manager in the renewable energy industry is strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of renewable energy technologies and project management best practices. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is strongly preferred. Quick learner. Fluent in English. (Portuguese, Spanish & French are a plus) RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of renewable energy projects. Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets. Identify and mitigate risks by implementing appropriate strategies and controls. Monitor and report project status to key stakeholders. Coordinate with external suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of project components. Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams.
