We are hiring a Senior Python Backend Engineer (AI/GenAI) for a project in Coimbra (remote). Requirements: - Solid experience with Python and FastAPI or Flask; - Hands-on experience building and operating GenAI products in production; - Ability to design and improve RAG systems end-to-end; - Orchestration with clear tool boundaries and permission‑aware execution; - Strong understanding of reliability in distributed systems; - Comfortable working in a polyglot microservice environment.
