We are currently strengthening the team of one of our clients with the following profile: Senior Salesforce QA Management (m/f) - Hybrid (Lisbon or Porto) What we are looking for: Hard skills: • Participates to the implementation of the quality standards for Lead to Cash project (CPQ-CLM) based on DTS Quality Centre of Excellence (CoE) standards • Directly supervises the quality assurance team (Manual testers & Automation engineers) & Test coordinators • Maintains solution consistency throughout product cycle, to include the design, define and build phases through quality checkpoints and testing • Organizes and manages regular meetings with Business partners, Functional people, solutions teams & QA team • Trains and/supervise QA team, project teams and business counterpart concerned by L2C project on quality procedures and tooling • Monitoring quality testing and identifying gaps in the testing • Manages planning, supervise preparations & executions tasks concerning all testing phases including data Management • Interact closely with the QA Center of Excellence (CoE) managers concerning code metrics, platforms, tooling aspects • Supervise defects, triage and life cycle with business counterpart & solution teams and coordinate correction actions and sign-offs • Define, supervise and deliver quality reports, status and documentations • Work closely with the Release managers Soft skills: • Good communication • Team spirit • Proactivity • Time management What we have to offer: • Careful onboarding and close support from day one. • Continuous feedback aligned with your professional goals. • An accessible and collaborative team ready to support each individual's journey. • A close-knit environment where idea sharing and personal development are valued. • Access to a network of partnerships offering exclusive discounts on health, wellness, travel, culture, gastronomy, leisure and much more. • Social events and initiatives that strengthen team spirit.
