Descrição da Função

Profile: - At least 5 years of experience in SAP architecture and large-scale transformation programs; - Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA solution design and enterprise architecture; - Proven experience delivering complex SAP implementations, upgrades, or system conversions; - Deep understanding of core SAP modules such as Finance (FI/CO), Materials Management (MM), Sales e Distribution (SD), and Production Planning (PP); - Solid knowledge of SAP Fiori and modern UX strategy within S/4HANA landscapes; - Experience designing integration architectures across SAP and third-party systems in cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments; - Strong architectural governance mindset with focus on scalability, security, and performance; - Excellent stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams; - Fluency in English, German language skills are highly valued. Responsibilities: - Define and own the end-to-end architecture of SAP S/4HANA solutions aligned with business and IT strategy; - Lead architectural planning for S/4HANA implementations, system transformations, and continuous improvements; - Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and sustainable technical solutions; - Design integration frameworks connecting SAP with external platforms and enterprise systems; - Establish best practices for data architecture, security, system performance, and compliance; - Provide architectural guidance across SAP modules to ensure cross-functional consistency; - Drive system landscape strategy, including UX design with SAP Fiori and cloud integration scenarios; - Support decision-making regarding migration approaches (e.g., new implementation vs. system conversion); - Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and mentor technical and functional teams; - Ensure architectural standards and governance are maintained throughout project lifecycles.
