Descrição da Função

CANDIDATE The professional to be recruited will be responsible for: Leading the monthly financial close process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting across systems; Implement Commodity strategies to ensure long-term, cost-efficient supply of materials; Implement and ensure usage of globally defined methods, processes and systems to ensure high process efficiency and process compliance ( compliant Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process, Procurement guidelines, IT systems); Monitor the markets worldwide to create a basis for deciding the optimum sourcing strategy and cooperate with the best suppliers; Define and implement Procurement strategies based on conducted demand, market and supplier analysis to ensure long-term, cost-efficient and reliable on-time supply of materials in the required quality; Prepare and conduct negotiations for medium to high Purchasing Volumes to obtain highest feasible savings; Generate, document and implement savings; Plan, monitor and report on relevant KPI to contribute to the success of the business and make results transparent; Support Supplier Management processes ( qualification, selection, evaluation, development, classification); update supplier evaluation systems to obtain and develop the best suppliers and ensure transparency; Ensure a close cooperation with Internal Customers (requisitioners) to ensure customer care and early involvement. PROFILE Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Economy or similar areas; 5 to 10 years professional experience in a similar position; Previous experience working in factories; Fluent English (written and spoken); Good knowledge of MS Office (mainly Excel) and SAP is a plus.
