Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile: Main Tasks and Responsibilities: * Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of large-scale IT projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards; * Coordinate cross-functional technical teams, including Application, Infrastructure, Development, and Architecture teams, ensuring effective collaboration, dependency management, and alignment across all workstreams; * Oversee system deployments, integrations, and technical interfaces, ensuring seamless implementation, interoperability, and minimal disruption to business operations; * Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and project risks, proactively monitoring project progress and providing clear, accurate reporting to stakeholders and senior management. Requirements: * Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; * Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably in complex and enterprise environments; * Experience managing end-to-end IT projects involving multiple teams, stakeholders, and technical dependencies; * Good understanding of IT applications, infrastructure, systems development, and technical architecture; * Experience coordinating deployments, integrations, and collaboration between technical teams; * Ability to manage project risks, dependencies, timelines, and delivery expectations; * Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMP or PRINCE2 is valued; * Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills; * Ability to work effectively in both English and Portuguese-speaking environments.
