COMPANY Our client is a Big 4, looking to integrate a Senior Transaction Diligence professional into its team in Lisbon. The selected candidate will support high-profile cross-border transactions, focusing on financial due diligence, and contribute to strategic decision-making processes for their clients in Western Europe. CANDIDATE The selected candidate will be responsible for: Analyzing the financial and operational results of target companies; Participating in management interviews to understand business performance; Reviewing and preparing financial data, projections, and sensitivity analyses; Identifying risks, opportunities, and potential deal implications for clients; Producing detailed deliverables, including excel data books, reports, and presentations; Supporting and mentoring junior team members and contributing to a positive learning culture; Collaborating with cross-functional teams within the company across different countries; Participating in internal initiatives such as key accounts, recruitment, or process improvement; Taking responsibility for personal learning, feedback, and development. PROFILE Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Management, Economics, Accounting, or similar; Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Financial Due Diligence, Transaction Services ( 2 years of experience in transactions), or Audit; Strong ability to analyze financial and non-financial data and draw relevant conclusions; Excellent skills in financial modeling, reporting, and presentation; Fluent in spoken and written English.
