Join us in this project and start making a contribution to innovation in the industry! We are looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to work in this project in Lisbon or Porto. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with business stakeholders to identify, analyse and document requirements in ServiceNow; - Analyse existing processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement; - Recommend best practices to optimise incident, problem, change and asset management processes within ServiceNow; - Ensure alignment with the ITIL framework and organisational policies; - Act as a liaison between business users and the ServiceNow development team. Requirements: - 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst on the ServiceNow platform; - Strong overall knowledge of the ServiceNow platform; - Proven experience with ITSM and CSM.
