Locations Porto, Lisbon, Braga Work Mode Hybrid (2-3 days in the office) Direct contract with the client final Key Responsibilities - Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers. - Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions (ITSM & CSM). - Collaborate with teams to meet business needs. - Manage project timelines and ensure high-quality delivery. - Customize workflows and integrate solutions to optimize performance. Requirements - 2-3 years of ServiceNow development experience. - ITSM and CSM expertise (ServiceNow certifications required). - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Fluent in English (C1 level or above). - Knowledge of JavaScript, ServiceNow data models, and integrations.
