ServiceNow Technical Lead (M/F) Join Our Clients Team as a ServiceNow Technical Lead! Are you ready to step out of your comfort zone and lead transformative ServiceNow projects? Our client is seeking a talented ServiceNow Technical Lead to join their Center of Excellence and take global transformation projects to the next level, delivering innovative solutions from Portugal to the world.  9  Locations Lisbon, Porto, Braga  Work Mode Hybrid (2-3 days in the office)  Direct contract with the end client Key Responsibilities - Lead and actively participate in technology-driven projects focused on enhancing operations via the ServiceNow platform. - Plan, execute, and coordinate project activities independently and guide junior team members, adopting an Agile approach. - Manage client interactions daily, translating business requirements into high-quality, scalable technical solutions. - Share knowledge and provide training to junior team members to build team capabilities. - Develop and maintain project documentation and provide technical support to both national and international clients. Requirements - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. - Proficiency in JavaScript, Angular JS, HTML, CSS, and experience with REST/SOAP integrations. - Over 5 years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and development, with at least four complete project rollouts. - Familiarity with Agile and Scrum project management methodologies.
