Descrição da Função

Manpower is recruiting a Service Desk Agent fluent in Slovak for an international client based in Lisbon. The agent will be providing technical support specialized in IT services, to established performance standards for customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities: • Answer calls via service desk. • View, analyze and respond to requests. • Perform the necessary procedures to solve the problems. • Install software and perform equipment improvement modifications. • Ensure maintenance, replacements and repairs of equipment. What we are looking for: • Superb written and oral communication skills in both English (B2 level minimum) & Slovak (C1/C2 level); • Availability to work shifts between Monday to Friday 6h30AM to 6h30PM; • Proficiency with desktop computer system and internet skills; • Prior customer service experience; • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues; • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Mandatory requirements: • Internet service; • Peaceful working space area. Location: Lisbon
