A premium hospitality destination by the sea, offering a refined lifestyle concept that combines dining, leisure, and a private club environment, delivering a distinctive and elevated experience to its community. We are currently looking for a Social Media Coordinator to manage and elevate the club’s digital presence, ensuring a consistent, refined, and on-brand communication across all channels. This role is central to translating the club’s atmosphere and positioning into thoughtful and high-quality digital storytelling — capturing key moments, promoting events, and maintaining an engaged and aligned community. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee all social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn), ensuring a consistent and elevated brand presence Plan and execute a curated content calendar, including high-quality photo, video, and written content aligned with brand guidelines Capture and create real-time content that reflects the club’s atmosphere, events, and member experience Manage community interactions with a polished, discreet, and brand-aligned tone of voice Develop and manage email newsletters in alignment with the overall communication strategy Monitor performance metrics, analyze insights, and continuously optimize content, reach, and engagement Profile Proven experience in social media management, preferably within hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle environments Strong visual and storytelling skills, with a refined aesthetic sense Ability to capture and produce content in dynamic, real-time settings Excellent communication skills and sensitivity to tone of voice in a premium context Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Fluent in Portuguese and English What we offer Opportunity to be part of a distinctive and premium hospitality concept Dynamic environment with strong brand identity Direct impact on the brand’s positioning and community engagement
