We're currently hiring a Software Architect to join a dynamic team and contribute to exciting technology projects. Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement scalable, cutting-edge software architectures, leveraging modern technologies and taking full responsibility for their execution. • Analyse and optimize customer application landscapes, ensuring performance and scalability across systems. • Mentor and guide team members, contributing to the expansion and evolution of our technological offerings. • Lead and manage the team of technical engineers and developers based in Portugal, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Qualifications: • A minimum of three years of experience in software development and designing software architectures. • Proven hands-on experience in software architecture, with a strong background in enterprise technologies like Spring Boot, JakartaEE, .NET, and modern frameworks such as Vue.js or React. • Expertise in agile methodologies, lean practices, and continuous delivery processes (TDD, Continuous Integration, GitOps), as well as cloud-native architectures utilizing technologies like Kafka, Docker, Helm, Kubernetes, Domain-Driven Design, and Microservices. • Strong track record in developing and implementing technical strategies, while transferring knowledge and expertise to team members. • Leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to guide and inspire technical teams. • A degree in Computer Science or a related field, with broad experience in various software development areas. • Fluent in written and spoken English and Portuguese.
