Sysmatch is an IT Consultancy and Outsourcing Company with a wide range of technological skills, resulting from the accumulation of know-how and the experience of our consultants, allowing the implementation of solutions adapted to the needs of our clients, privileging their robustness and scalability. More than two decades in the IT market, we present ourselves as a flexible, adaptable, innovative and forward-looking Company. At the moment we are looking for the following candidate: Software Technical designer for ecommerce (m/f) - Lisbon - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related domains; - Good ecommerce knowledge and skills with a proven track record; - Ability to discuss with product owners and define technical interfaces based on their requirements; - Very good skills in software technical design: sequence diagram, flows modeling between Front end and Back for Front, API design; - Understanding of the technical constraints of a wide ecommerce omnichannel digital system (Web performance, Scalability, observability, dashboarding and alerting constraints, webview management; - Experience in writing technical specifications with confluence with good writing skills; - Ability to communicate with other IT teams (Publication, Front, Backoffice, OPS, Support) and formalize meetings outputs; - Knowledge and practice of Backend and APIs development constraints, design patterns and algorithms. Strong skills in writing technical stories for developers in JIRA; - Ability to participate in support and logs analysis; - Good level of English.
