This process aims to adapt our offerings to the specific needs and requirements of each client. •Consultancy: Consultancy is aimed at clients of an entrepreneurial nature.

Descrição da Função

Responsibilities: - Lead and participate in the identification and collection of client requirements. - Build relationships with clients and drive the adoption and implementation of Digital Workplace solutions. - Communicate the value proposition of Digital Workplace use cases and technology implementation. - Ensure security is a central theme in discussions, addressing specific use cases. - Demonstrate understanding of IT environments across different industries and sectors. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., project teams, operations, sales, solution specialists) during the pre-sales process, aligning business and industry requirements with technological solutions. - Prepare proposals and/or Statements of Work (SOW). - Develop high-level project plans, identifying risks, constraints, assumptions, and dependencies. - Estimate the human and other resources needed to implement solutions and incorporate this information into the project's Business Case. - Present solutions and proposals to clients and assist in closing deals, providing clarifications and proposal reviews. - Manage relationships with partners. - Engage in continuous active learning. Requirements: - Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience. - Preferably experience in IT service organizations. - Microsoft M365 certifications (MD-100, MD-101, MS-100, etc.) are a plus. Skills: - Experience in Multi-Domain, Multi-Tenant infrastructure and cloud technologies (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS). - Knowledge of migration tools (MRS, Quest, Bit Titan) and M365 licensing models. - Familiarity with tech stacks (Intune, Defender, Purview) and basic networking, authentication, and authorization (Entra ID, Active Directory). - Ability to create security and compliance solutions in Microsoft 365. - Expertise in data classification, protection, and compliance. Key Knowledge Areas: - Office 365 security/compliance audits and alerts. - Azure Active Directory conditional access and third-party apps. - Active Directory Federation Services and AAD Connect for identity management. - Planning and implementing Exchange Hybrid and migrations. - Office 365 tenant management, migration, and onboarding. - Automation with Windows PowerShell for daily tasks. - Advanced troubleshooting with Microsoft MECM/SCCM/Intune. - Implementation of policies (Intune, Autopilot, compliance, co-management). - Application creation, Windows updates, and OSD troubleshooting. - Basic networking, firewall, and bandwidth planning for Office 365. - Knowledge of SharePoint Online and migration tools.
