Job Title: Solutions Architect Location: Lisbon or Porto, Portugal Work Regime: Full-time & Hybrid Overview / Summary: We are looking for a Solution Architect to define and design end-to-end technology architectures across complex systems. This role ensures solutions are scalable, secure, compliant, and aligned with organizational and technical standards. Responsibilities and Tasks: Translate business and technical requirements into clear architectural designs Produce architecture artefacts (high-level designs, component diagrams, interface specifications, ADRs) Define data, integration, and API models using modern architectural patterns Ensure security-by-design, privacy-by-design, and compliance with relevant standards Provide technical guidance to delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle Collaborate with stakeholders across business, technical, and governance areas Lead architectural reviews and support decision-making with structured analysis

Perfil

• +5 years in architecture-related roles; certifications (TOGAF, ArchiMate) are a plus
• Strong background in designing distributed systems, cloud solutions, and system integrations
• Strong background in backend technologies, especially Java Spring Boot
• Proficiency with architecture modelling languages (ArchiMate, UML, BPMN, C4)
• Experience with microservices, APIs, event-driven or service-oriented architectures
• Solid understanding of identity, security frameworks, and data governance
• Experience in the Public Sector is a plus
